I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected.

It's easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment. It's not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives too. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment that define our overall well-being.
Through our work together you will learn about your unique nutrition and lifestyle needs. You will discover what foods and exercises work best for your body, and which stress management techniques work best for you.
As your coach I will support you to define what you value most in your daily life. I will help you mobilize internal strengths and external resources, and will empower you to achieve the health goals you set for yourself. Most importantly, I will guide you with self-management strategies for making sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes so you may achieve an inspired, fulfilling life.
